So I want to share my excitement with everyone here... I got an internship at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center in Sheboygan, WI! This is a art center I grew up with, shows high quality work, is valued by the community, and is nationally recognized! I will be working mostly in the Connecting Communities department for the summer but will also be involved throughout the entire center.

This is terribly exciting to me as this is what I want to do as a living and it's at a arts venue I truly respect. They do everything from local artist shows to exhibiting nationally recognized artists, various art classes for adults and kids, a theater and dance program, many many many special events including a street art fair and home made boat regatta, programs celebrating and involving the community, and so much more.
